I’m a mortgage broker, yes, but also a storyteller, a strategist who finds solutions where others see roadblocks, and a believer that everyone’s home journey is unique. My career began in cancer research, where I learned the value of precision, persistence, and care—skills I now bring to guiding clients through complex financial decisions. Along the way, I earned my MBA, which deepened my expertise in business and finance and strengthened my ability to translate numbers into real-world strategies. My goal is to listen to what’s important to you, translate the jargon, and tailor financing to fit your life, not the other way around.

Novel Mortgages began with a simple belief: mortgages can be more human. After years in the industry, and a lifetime love of books and storytelling, I saw how much easier (and more joyful) the journey becomes when someone takes time to understand your plot, your timing, and your goals. I launched Novel Mortgages to combine expertise and problem solving with genuine care, offering a boutique, relationship-first experience where your story leads and your financing follows.

She loves the ocean. You can often find her watching the sunrise or moonrise over the ocean, and her favorite remote work is definitely work-from-beach.

She is an author! Anne has always loved reading and writing, and made her dream of becoming an author a reality in 2016 with the publication of her first book, Learning to Fall: a Novel. She also has a typewriter she uses to remedy writer’s block!

She once went on a cycling trip through Croatia, fell and gouged her elbow, picked herself up and biked the next two hours to the next town to get stitches. But there was no doctor there and by the time she got to a town that had one, it was too late to get stitches! When you work with Anne, expect equal tenacity.
